Geography Concentration by Market Value Dashboard, shows the geographical asset allocation of a customer and compares it to overall geographical allocation of the peer group.
Salient features are:
- Asset Class Breakdown by Geography
- Size of text: is proportioinal to the relative investment in that geography
- Geographical Location: This is taken from the Canopy website (and takes into account any overrides done by the customer).
- Comparison with Peer: Top 3 Geographical Concentration (by Canopy Asset Class)
- Includes assets of your peer group: Your own assets are also part of it, but since the peer group is usually substantial your own assets typically will not have a measurable influence on this chart
- Ignores asset allocation: This chart only shows the relative amounts invested in each geography (without showing the asset allocation in each geography)
- World Heat Map:
- Shows the number of countries around the world in which the client holds assets.
- Light green being the lowest while dark green being the highest value of invested amount.
PS: Assets for whom the geography does not matter (e.g. Cash, Deposits and Loans) or the information is not available with Canopy is excluded from this analysis.
