To enhance user interaction with Canopy Visualizer and improve usability of the main menu, a restructuring has been done for the Main Menu.
It was previously located at the top of the screen, and is now located on the left instead.
We've redesigned the menu navigation and expanded all available pages to help you get to what you need quickly.
How the restructured navigation is organized
Here is an overview of the categories in the navigation menu:
- Dashboard
- Analytics : Explore a whole host of charts to understand what's working (and what's not) in your portfolios
- Portfolio
- Asset Allocation: Understand how your assets are allocated by a few categories
- Performance: Find out the TWR of your portfolios and compare performance between accounts
- Holdings: View list of holdings across custodians
- Transactions: View list of historic transactions extracted from statements
- Watchlist: Track a list of securities with liquid security prices updated daily
- Insights
- Explainer: Find out what impacted performance in any time period
- Cashflows: View historic distributions received and estimated distributions you expect to receive up to the next 12 months
- Key Metrics: Understand key financial metrics profile of your portfolio
- Allocation Matrix: View your biggest exposure at a glance
- Reports
- Generate Reports: Choose from a selection of report templates and download as PDF or PowerPoint
- Documents: View uploaded statements as well as download analytics reports shared by Canopy or your advisor
- Excel Frontend: A powerful interface that enables you to view, organize and analyze your data to draw out new insights
We have also introduced a redesign of the top-menu:
- Security Search: Hover over the Magnifying Glass Icon to enter the Security Search
- Alerts: Quick access to the Alerts page, where you can set notifications customized to your preference
- Documents Upload: Navigate to the Anonymizer and Statement Uploader
- User Account Settings: Check on your Classifications, Reset your Password and other Settings
