- To be eligible to take part in the Promotion (a “Qualifying Participant”) you must satisfy the following terms:
- You must apply to open a Canopy account between (and including) 28 January 2019 and 28 February 2019 (the “qualifying Period”) and proceed to successfully open such account subsequent to Canopy’s procedure;
- The address submitted for the account application must be an address in Singapore;
- You must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion;
- You must not already have an account with Canopy or any of its Associated Companies;
- You must not be an employee (or any relation or partner of agent thereof) Canopy; and
- You must not be a participant or have accepted any other concurrent promotion offered by Canopy.
- By accepting and proceeding with this Promotion, you have agreed to be bound by these Rules as well as the relevant contract agreement for your Canopy account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of your contract agreement, the contract agreement shall prevail.
