Downloading a Canopy Mandate Report

Follow the steps below to access the Mandate reports.

1. Login to the Canopy App

• Clients will need to login via the Credit Suisse Digital Private Banking App

• Relationship Managers login directly via this https://credit-suisse.canopy.cloud/admin

2. Click on the Documents page.

3. Click on the Mandate Report you require. Each report is available as PDF and PowerPoint.

4. The file will be securely downloaded to your computer.
